As Islam is based on human nature, it also fully takes into account that nature, in its entire dimension. As a reflection of many different types of extremities among us as Muslims, some have divorced Islam in search of their jest and fun. Others, due to their "love" for Islam, have purified Islam and their life from any humorous dimension: So, no fun or humor. The latter group is petrified by a reminder from the Prophet Muhammad , "O followers of Muhammad! By Allah, if you knew what I know, you would weep much and laugh little." Reminder

Reminder Shaykhul Islaam Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah Reference: Fawaa`id ul Fawaa`id of Ibn ul Qayim - Page 384 There are ten things you will never find benefit in: The First: Knowledge which is void of action. The Second: Actions which are void of sincerity to Allah, and void of exemplification of the Sunnah. (Note: These two conditions constitute the act being accepted by Allah i.e. Ikhlaas and Ittiba`a) The Third: Wealth which is not spent in the way of Allah, so the one who exhausted all of his energy amassing it will not benefit from it in this life, nor will he see the fruits of it in the hereafter. The Fourth: A heart which is void of the love of Allah and the ardent desire to meet him. The Fifth: A body which is void of obedience to Allah. The Sixth: A love for other than Allah which is void of any boundaries. (i.e. unconditional) The Seventh: Time which is void of benefit and the individual does not take advantage of it to do actions which would bring him closer to Allah. The Eigh

A VERY GOOD STORY OF A CONVERTER TO ISLAM

> Are Young People Bored With Religion? A Greek Man Discovers Islam By Khalid Paschalis I was born in Greece, a country known for being one of the most 'homogenous' Christian countries. Almost 99% of Greek people are Orthodox Christians. My parents were both teachers of the Christian religion in schools, so I grew up in a Christian environment. When I was very young (before 12 years old) my mother always insisted to take me with her to the church every Sunday. My father didn't go there. When I reached puberty I didn't want to go to church. I didn't feel anything special there and I preferred sleeping or watching TV in Sunday mornings. In the subject of the religion education in school I was very bored and didn't pay attention to it. Most students didn't as well. Then I became 16 years old. It was the first time we were taught about the other religions at school. I discovered Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam of course. I noticed that the teacher was n

Men and women talking in chat rooms

Men and women talking in chat rooms I am a sister, who usually logs in to Paltalk and then goes to the Islamic rooms so that I may gain some knowledge related to our religion. Sometimes while I am in one of those Islamic rooms in Paltalk, a muslim brother (looking for a wife) in the room asks me to have a private written chat with him so that we get to know one another. Some of the questions he asks me are: where i live, my age, whether i am married(by the way I am not married), if I am planning to get marry, whether I live with my parents, and so on. My problem is, I don't know whether I am allowed (Islaamically) to give non-muharim brother those kinds of informations which related to me. Is it really SIN to talk to a brother in writing ??. Praise be to Allaah. There is nothing wrong with a Muslim woman making use of the internet and entering the Paltalk website for that purpose, so long as that does not lead to anything that is forbidden in Islam, such as talking privately with m

TELL YOURSELF (if you are sister), YOUR SISTERS; MOTHERS; WIVES to FILL THEIR TIME OF PREGNANCY WITH QUR'AN ALONE; NO MUSIC WHATSOEVER! indeed we do not want to destroy our babies even before they see the face of this world by music; how sad it is to hear from our muslim sisters that "so cute, babies likes music". la hawla wala kuata illa billa. it should "How Terrible! So dangerous Subhan Allah". 3 Types Of Music You Must Avoid If You Are Pregnant [title should have been, ALL TYPES OF MUSIC MUST BE BANNED during pregnancy, before it, after it, for eternity.] By Keith Whiting Studies show that fetuses can hear and react to sound from as early as 20 weeks and begin active listening by the 24th week. Researcher Michele Clements found that playing a lullaby, or calming music by Vivaldi and Mozart soothed 4 to 5 month-old fetuses but loud and discordant music disturbed and upset them. Th
