Is it allowed in Islam to wear GOLD Anklet in foot?

Allah Subhanah has permitted the believing woman to wear gold ornaments;   and there is absolutely no harm if she wears them on her hands,   her feet,   or even on her head if she wishes to do so! However, these anklets should not emit any sound that may attract strange men.
