Regardless of whether a particular lecture is dedicated to something other than gender relations, the topic of marriage somehow always creeps up. Now, do I consider this a bad thing? Not necessarily. Indeed, considering the magnitude of fitan (trials) that many unmarried folks face, such as the pressure to date or deal with the opposite gender on terms outside of the boundaries of Islam, I believe that marriage is something that should be discussed and encouraged. What I'm more fascinated with, however, are the underlying reasons for why people –  especially the youth – want to get married so quickly. When a woman is pregnant with a child, all the angels will make Istighfar (repentance) on her behalf. PART TWO: 2 – Visiting graves on the two Eid days. This is contrary to the purpose of Eid which is to express joy and happiness, and it goes against the teaching of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and the actions of the salaf. It comes under the general meaning of the Prophet’s prohibition on visiting graves on a specific day and making that like a fe stival, as the scholars stated. 1. The woman who applies for a divorce is required to fill an application form, which cover most of the details about the marriage itself. She has to provide a Marriage Certificate and other relevant documents. 2. On receiving the application form, the Council sends an initial form conveying her request to her husband and asking his views and com ments about her application. 3. If the husband does not reply, the Council writes a second letter again if he does not reply the Council sends a third letter giving him the final notice. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the husband's address, the Council asks the woman at this stage to verify with evidence that the address provided by her is where the husband is living. It is recommended to recite Surat al-Kahf completely the night before Friday, and it is also recommended to do so Friday itself, before Maghrib time.
